Private organisation storage
Reports and supporting case photos are stored in private locations. Every read, upload, update and deletion is checked against the signed-in user's organisation.

Property reports are sensitive. The product treats them that way.
FairDeductions is designed around private storage, organisation isolation, short-lived upload access and minimal exposure of report content.
Short-lived upload access
Production uploads use short-lived signed tokens. Documents and supporting photos are only served after checking the private session and organisation ownership.
Minimal model data
Only the report sections needed for extraction are sent to configured model services. Runs use store:false and customer reports are not used for general model training.
Privacy-safe operations
Logs and admin screens contain processing metadata, versions and status rather than report text, names, addresses or evidence excerpts.
