Christopher Callear trading as Tenancy Lens is the controller for account, billing, security and service-administration data. For tenancy report content uploaded by a customer organisation, that organisation determines the purpose of the review and Christopher Callear trading as Tenancy Lens processes the content on its instructions.
We receive work contact and organisation details directly from users. Uploaded inventories and supporting case photos may contain property details, names, signatures, photographs, inspection notes and other information originally collected by the customer or its inventory provider.
We use account and billing records to provide the service and perform the customer contract, and use security records for our legitimate interest in operating a safe product. We process uploaded reports on the customer organisation's instructions. Optional marketing uses consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Stripe processes card details and payment authentication. FairDeductions receives customer, payment, invoice and subscription status information needed to provide allowances and support billing, but does not store full card numbers. Stripe acts under its own privacy terms for payment processing activities it controls.
We use contracted hosting, database, AI processing, workflow, payment, email and error-monitoring providers, including Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Trigger.dev, Stripe, Resend and Sentry. Access is limited to service delivery. Where data is processed outside the UK, appropriate contractual or recognised transfer safeguards are required.
Uploaded reports, supporting case photos and derived reviews are scheduled for deletion after 30 days unless the customer deletes them sooner. A sole organisation owner can delete the complete workspace and login from Settings. Billing, tax, security or legal records may be retained separately where required to meet legal obligations, establish claims or prevent abuse.
Relevant report sections and selected images are sent to configured AI services to support extraction, comparison and pricing guidance. Model requests are not used to make solely automated legal or financial decisions. Every proposed item remains subject to human review, and source reports remain authoritative.
Depending on the circumstances, individuals may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent. Contact info@blueskyinventories.org. Where a customer organisation controls the report, we may refer the request to that organisation.
Raise concerns with info@blueskyinventories.org first so they can be investigated. Individuals also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
