The first free proposal is available once per customer account and is used when processing begins. Prices are in GBP. Fair Deductions Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a paid order. Immediate access is optional and requires an express request at checkout. Read the cancellation and refund terms.
Processing more than twelve tenancies a month? Tell us what a normal month looks like and we will suggest a sensible allowance.
Pricing questions
What counts as one proposal?
One proposal means one check-in and check-out report pair for one tenancy, processed through the complete review workflow.
Is the free proposal a reduced version?
No. Your first proposal uses the full workflow, and no payment card is required to start. The free use is taken when processing begins.
Is the evidence standard different between plans?
No. Every plan uses the same evidence review and editable outputs. Monthly plans provide a larger allowance for regular use.
What happens when a monthly allowance is used?
You can purchase additional proposals at the price shown for your active plan. Your billing page shows the remaining allowance and renewal date.
Are report readiness checks included?
Inventory professionals receive one successful lifetime check before paid use. Active Regular and Team plans include five report readiness checks per billing period, shared across the company account. Pay-as-you-go proposal purchases do not include readiness checks.
