A property professional reviewing tenancy reports and proposed deductions

Simple, usage-based pricing

Pay for the number of tenancies you actually review.

Start with one review or choose a monthly allowance when check-outs become more regular. Every option includes the complete journey from two PDF reports to editable deduction documents.

Private beta access is currently free. No card is required and billing remains disabled.

Planned launch pricing

A low-cost way to prepare a proposal, with sensible limits.

The trial remains free while we check reliability and improve the customer journey. These are the prices we expect to introduce before public billing begins.

Prices may be refined using beta feedback. We will show and confirm the final price before asking anyone to pay.

No surprise usage bill.

Monthly plans use a clear number of tenancy reviews. Extra reviews are bought deliberately as one-off credits. FairDeductions will not silently add an unlimited or open-ended AI charge.

Included in every review

The same careful workflow at every price.

The plans change the number of tenancy reviews, not the evidence standard or your control over the result.

Check-in and check-out terminology review

Room, item and source-page matching

Tenant deductions, landlord work and queries separated

Editable opening proposal with proportionate price guides

Referenced report photographs and on-demand photo review

Landlord, maintenance and tenant Word documents

Clear answers

Before you choose a plan.

What counts as one review?

One property with one check-in PDF and one check-out PDF, reviewed together through to the proposed deduction documents.

Why is there no unlimited plan?

Long reports and photograph comparisons use real processing capacity. Clear review allowances keep the service reliable and the price fair for occasional users.

Can the reports come from different providers?

Yes. FairDeductions is designed to compare different report layouts, terminology and reference structures for the same tenancy.

Does a suggested amount guarantee an award?

No. Every figure is an editable opening proposal for human review. The source evidence, tenancy circumstances and any later negotiation or adjudication still matter.

Larger portfolio or provider?

Talk to us before public billing begins.

We can discuss expected review volumes, team needs, report-provider compatibility and a sensible arrangement without forcing a larger organisation into the wrong plan.
